Buzz Factory, Inc. will ship your order using our FedEx® or UPS® shipping account and will charge the published rates, including insurance, at full value. We will ship using your account number, if desired, by placing your order through Customer Service. If you choose to use your own account, you are responsible for the insurance, and the shipment belongs to you once it shipment is picked up. Some factories add a shipping and handling charge for each carton shipped under your account number. We will advise you of these charges before final processing of your order. If the shipment is lost or damaged, you are responsible for negotiating with the carrier for reimbursement and your company will still be responsible for the full amount of your our invoice.

UPS and Federal Express
UPS Ground is usually the most cost effective way to ship promotional items. In cases of high volume orders, trucking alternatives will be given. Within the continental US, shipping time is from one to five days via UPS Ground depending upon where the packages originate and their ultimate destination.

Guaranteed Delivery Deadlines
Under certain circumstances Buzz Factory, Inc. may guarantee to ship your merchandise on or before your specific deadline; however you should be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays on the part of the carrier who is delivering your merchandise. In rare instances, we may ship your order after the intended ship date by a faster shipping method in order to meet the intended receipt date. The additional cost for this will be at our expense. While Buzz Factory, Inc. may guarantee that your goods will arrive by a certain date, we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery.

Third Party Providers
Shipping companies, fulfillment houses and our vendors will only be supplied your information on an as needed basis to fulfill your orders. This is generally limited to shipping addresses and recipient phone numbers when required.

Warranties
We warrant that all merchandise sold to you by Buzz Factory, Inc. is free of any security interest. We shall make available all transferable warranties from the manufacturer of the merchandise available to you, the buyer. We do not express or imply any warranties as to the fitness for purpose of the merchandise you purchase from us.

Claims, Adjustments & Returns
Should you have any problems with your order, please contact Buzz Factory Inc. Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise. We urge you to inspect your merchandise upon arrival in order to facilitate the quick resolution of any claims. Do not return the merchandise to us without receiving a Return Authorization as it will be refused. If you receive a Return Authorization we will advise the correct shipping address for your return. Customer Service will assist you in resolving your claim if your order has not been produced as approved or is defective in manufacture. Claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be resolved with the carrier, but we will help in any way we can.

Possible Additional Charges
Buzz Factory, Inc. makes every attempt to provide final pricing on our website. We try to absorb price fluctuations and incidental costs when possible to maintain our low website pricing. However, unforeseen and exceptional circumstances may cause actual prices to exceed quotes. A Customer Service representative will contact you by phone or email if this occurs to inform you of any additional charges before processing your order. Additional charges may include:

• Excessive Artwork Changes: Buzz Factory, Inc. will provide up to 15 minutes of free art processing time to prepare your artwork for production. Depending on the condition of the artwork on your uploaded imprint files, additional processing time may be required for the best results. There is a $45.00 per hour charge to correct files after the first 15 minutes.
• Change of Imprint Type: Occasionally a logo or imprint may require a different process than the standard imprint types listed for that item to get the best results.
• Additional Shipping Costs: Large & heavy orders or special shipping instructions occasionally incur additional shipping costs.

If you do notice a mistake, please note it on the mockup/proof file or in the return email accordingly. We will make needed corrections and send you a revised mockup/proof. All changes must be confirmed in writing (e-mail). Mockups/proofs approved “As Is” will be printed exactly as stated, and no new proof will be sent/required. Orders approved “with Changes” will be produced according to the change(s) and no new proof will be sent/required. Orders marked “Additional Proof Required” will receive a new proof, and final production will not begun until an order “Approved As Is” or “Approved with Changes” is received.

Buzz Factory, Inc. is not responsible for any mistakes or errors that are overlooked and later approved by the customer. In addition, Buzz Factory, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been produced and accepted by the customer.

Once the customer approves the proof and order acknowledgment, we are not at liberty to make ANY changes to the order. Whether correct or with errors, the order is printed exactly as approved by the customer. For this reason, it is VERY IMPORTANT to carefully look over ALL mockups/proofs before replying with your approval.
